Location: Hyderabad / Ahmedabad

Shift: 10:30 AM 7:00 PM

Role & Responsibilities:

- Conduct financial statement audits in accordance with US GAAP and US GAAS.

- Lead and manage a team of accounting and auditing professionals, providing guidance and mentoring.

- Independently perform accounting and auditing research and provide recommendations.

- Build and maintain effective working relationships with peers, supervisors, and U.S. colleagues.

- Analyze presentation and disclosure impacts in financial statements.

- Ensure timely completion of audits while maintaining high-quality standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience:

- Minimum 8 years in US GAAP and GAAS post CA/CPA qualification.

Qualification:

- Chartered Accountant or other recognized professional accounting/tax qualifications.

Technical Skills:

- Knowledge of Caseware and CaseView preferred; proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Industry Exposure:

- US Healthcare is highly desirable.

Competencies:

- Strong teamwork and leadership skills; excellent analytical, organizational, and project management abilities.

Communication:

- Fluent in English (written and spoken).

- Willingness to work long hours during peak audit seasons and learn new software/tools as required.
