Location: Noida (Hybrid Mode: 2 Days from Office)

Experience: 9-12 years leading B2B social + content from strategy to execution, with measurable growth in reach and engagement.


About the Role:


Were looking for a Sr. Manager - Social Media Marketing & Content to own and grow our two product lines, driving brand awareness and community growth across their social, web, and events.


Your goal: lift followers, engagement, and site traffic from social, and show how social + content moves leads from MQL to SQL.


NOTE: Content marketing or strategic experience is a must.


Core Responsibilities:


Social Media:


- Owns channel strategy and execution for both product lines (LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram)

- Plan and run a full social media calendar: posts, threads, shorts/reels, carousels, memes, thought leadership with clear & measurable engagement goals

- Engage with followers, thought leaders, and partners to foster conversations and community growth across platforms; implement response time standards and community health metrics.

- Monitor engagement, reach, sentiment, conversion metrics to refine strategy, improve performance outcomes; deliver bi-weekly analytics reports with actionable insights.


Content Marketing:


- Create and manage a content calendar, ensuring consistency and timeliness

- Own monthly content calendars across channels newsletters, LinkedIn, blogs, case studies, etc.

- Build content strategies that support lead generation and move prospects through the funnel (Lead, MQL to SQL).

- Oversee event content from booth designs to marketing collaterals.


What were looking for:


- 9-12+ years in social media marketing and content role in B2B

- Proven experience scaling social media growth for global brands esp across LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram

- A strong sense of design aesthetics you don't have to be a designer, but you should know what looks good.

- Hands-on experience working with agencies briefing, guiding, and elevating creative work.

- A natural writer and editor with strong acumen on building website content strategy

- Preferred: Hands-on with Canva or Figma to produce quick social-first visuals.
