
Senior Sales Leader - US Healthcare B2B

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Sales Leader to own and scale our US B2B healthcare sales motion from India. This is a senior leadership role responsible for revenue growth, pipeline health, and building a high-performing sales organization focused on US healthcare customers.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience selling to US clients, leading sales teams, and building repeatable, predictable revenue enginesespecially within healthcare SaaS, technology, or services.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue & P&L Ownership:
- Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales and presales team focused on the US market
- Set clear KPIs across SDRs, AEs, and presales roles
- Conduct regular deal reviews, pipeline inspections, and performance coaching
US Market Sales Execution:
- Lead end-to-end B2B sales cycles with US healthcare customers, including physician groups and long-term care / senior living operators
- Own discovery, solution positioning, pricing, negotiations, and deal closures
- Design and implement best-in-class sales processes aligned with US buying behavior
- Leverage modern sales tools such as CRM platforms, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, sequencing tools, call intelligence, and pipeline analytics
Demand Generation & Lead Conversion:
- Partner closely with marketing to convert inbound and outbound leads into high-quality sales meetings
- Define ICPs, buyer personas, messaging, and outbound playbooks for physician groups and skilled nursing facilities (SNFs)
- Continuously improve lead quality, meeting conversion rates, and sales velocity
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- 5-10+ years of B2B sales experience, with significant exposure to selling into the US market
- Proven track record selling B2B SaaS, healthcare technology, or managed services to US clients
- Prior experience selling to physician groups, primary care practices, skilled nursing facilities, or broader healthcare providers strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience building, leading, and scaling sales teams, including presales
- Strong understanding of full-funnel sales management from lead generation to close
- Hands-on experience with modern sales stacks (CRM, prospecting, sequencing, and analytics tools)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across India and the US
Good to Have:
- Experience with US healthcare programs such as value-based care, care management, and care coordination
- Exposure to working with channel partners, advisors, or referral-led sales motions in the US
- Experience scaling sales from early growth stages to predictable, repeatable revenue
