Description:
- Build and manage senior-level relationships with circle heads, regional heads, and key stakeholders of partner banks.
- Act as the primary escalation point for bank partners at the circle level.
- Negotiate business plans, sales drives, and joint initiatives with banking partners.
- Ensure strong partner engagement through reviews, recognition programs, and governance forums.
Team Leadership & Capability Building:
- Lead, mentor, and manage Regional Managers, Area Managers, and Relationship Managers within the circle.
- Drive performance management through goal setting, reviews, coaching, and corrective actions.
- Build a high-performance culture focused on ethics, compliance, and customer-centricity.
- Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and succession planning.
Training & Sales Enablement:
- Ensure adherence to IRDAI regulations, bancassurance guidelines, and company policies.
- Drive high-quality business with focus on persistency, claims ratio, and customer experience.
- Monitor mis-selling risks, documentation quality, and audit findings.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and audit issues.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Coordinate with internal teams including Operations, Underwriting, Claims, Finance, Marketing, and Product.
- Act as the voice of the bank partner within the organization and vice versa.
