
Key Responsibilities:
1. Industrial Relations:
- Handle union and labor-related issues.
- Resolve employee disputes and prevent future conflicts.
- Develop and implement IR strategies.
- Support vendors in handling employee relations.
- Represent the company during union discussions.
2. Statutory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Conduct compliance audits and close identified gaps.
- Monitor changes in labor laws and implement them.
- Manage contract labor wages, disciplinary matters, and legal compliance.
- Coordinate with legal advisors on compliance issues.
3. Government & External Relations:
- Build relationships with government authorities, unions, and local administration.
- Provide support during operational disruptions.
- Plan and execute CSR activities.
4. Risk & Governance:
- Identify industrial relations risks and implement preventive measures.
- Create awareness of IR policies among leadership, HR, and vendors.
Key Decisions:
- Handle day-to-day industrial relations and compliance matters.
- Attend conciliation meetings and union discussions.
- Recommend actions related to labor issues after required approvals.

Education & Experience:
Qualification:
- Graduate/PG with a PG Degree/Diploma in HR, Industrial Relations, Labour Welfare, MSW, or MBA (HR/IR), LLB (Must).
Experience:
- 8-10 years in Industrial Relations, including at least 3 years as an IR or Personnel & Administration Manager.
Total Experience: 10-16 years
