Cinntra - Inside Sales Lead - IT Services

Job Description:

Cinntra is looking for an Inside Sales Lead to own and drive demand generation for IT Services in the North American market. The role focuses on identifying and qualifying opportunities across IT Staffing, Custom Development, ERP (SAP / NetSuite / Oracle), Cloud, and Digital Transformation services. This role will work closely with the Marketing team, guide junior inside sales resources, and engage in early-stage prospect discussions before handover to senior sales or leadership.

Location: Noida (Work from Office).

Experience: 5-8 years (IT Services preferred).

Team Size: Will lead 2 Junior Inside Sales Executives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own inbound and outbound lead qualification and opportunity discovery for North America.


- Work closely with the Marketing team on campaigns, lead lists, ICP targeting, and messaging.

- Convert MQLs into SQLs and ensure clean CRM hygiene.

- Perform discovery calls with prospects to understand requirements, timelines, and budgets.

- Identify opportunities across:

- IT Staffing / Staff Augmentation.

- Custom Application Development.

- ERP Services (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, Microsoft).

- Cloud & Managed Services.

- Build and manage inside sales pipelines and weekly reporting.

- Mentor and guide junior inside sales executives on outreach, qualification, and follow-ups.

- Coordinate with presales, delivery, and leadership for opportunity progression.

- Maintain strong understanding of North American buyer behavior and IT buying cycles.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 5-8 years of inside sales or business development experience in IT services.

- Strong exposure to North American market (US/Canada).

- Experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.

- Excellent communication skills (email, LinkedIn, calls).

- Strong understanding of IT services selling (services, not products).

- Ability to guide a small team and work cross-functionally with marketing.

Good to Have:

- Prior experience in ERP or staffing services.

- Exposure to tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

- Startup or mid-sized IT services background.
