Description: Cinntra is looking to appoint a Head of Corporate Sales to lead new client acquisition for its technology business. This role is designed for a hands-on sales leader with a strong hunter background, capable of opening new enterprise relationships and building sustainable business pipelines. This is not an account management role. The mandate is focused on new logo acquisition and revenue creation.



Role: Head of Corporate Sales



Location: Noida, Bangalore, Gurgaon, Mohali, Ahmedabad (Work from Office)



Experience: 12+ Years



Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days



Company: Cinntra Infotech Solutions Pvt. Ltd.



Key Responsibilities:



- Own and drive new client acquisition for IT services.



- Identify, engage, and convert enterprise and mid-market clients.



- Build relationships with CXOs, IT leaders, delivery heads, and procurement teams.



- Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closure.



- Work closely with leadership to shape go-to-market strategy.



- Establish predictable pipelines and revenue growth.



- Represent Cinntra in strategic sales discussions and negotiations.



Candidate Profile:



- 12- 15 years of experience in IT / Technology sales.



- Proven track record of hunter-led sales and new client onboarding.



- Strong exposure to selling IT services across BFSI, Retail, Enterprise, or GCCs.



- Hands-on, execution-oriented, and comfortable with individual ownership.



- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.



This role is not suited for:



- Pure account management or relationship-only profiles.
