Business Development Manager - Corporate Sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in the IT services domain.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle - from lead generation and client meetings to proposal development and deal closure.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline focused on acquiring new logos and accounts.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pricing strategies tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to design winning solutions for prospects.
- Maintain strong knowledge of market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking meetups to build brand visibility.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in IT services sales, with a strong focus on new client acquisition (hunting).
- Proven track record of winning enterprise-level clients and consistently meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of IT services offerings such as application development, cloud solutions, digital transformation, managed services, etc.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a plus
