Website http://www.churchgatepartners.com/  Churchgate Partners is looking to hire "Associate - Investor Relations" for Bangalore location  Job Description: The candidate will be responsible for providing assistance to the client's senior management team in their communication with the capital markets to ensure that they achieve proper trading valuation.  This would include:  - Preparing and updating communication materials (including investor presentations, earnings releases, result presentation etc) so that they match the best-in-class industry standards and articulate the investment case. This involves interaction with the senior management of a company to understand their business, strategy and performance to be able to prepare the materials  - To raise the equity profile of the client in the secondary capital markets through regular interactions with research analysts/heads of research.
