Position: PR Manager
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Public Relations Manager with 4+ years of experience in influencer relations, corporate communications, and digital reputation management. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building brand narratives, leveraging digital platformsespecially LinkedInand cultivating strong relationships with media, creators, and key opinion leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
Reputation Management & Strategy:
- Analyze search and social media data, conduct industry research, and identify client reputation opportunities and risks.
- Develop and deliver data-driven, impact-focused PR and digital reputation strategies with a focus on LinkedIn.
- Map and track reputation risks, prepare contingency plans, and manage crisis communications.
Content & Communications:
- Design LinkedIn-first content strategies for company pages, CXOs, employees, and influencer profiles.
- Curate and cross-post long-form and multimedia content linking company initiatives to broader narratives such as nation-building, sustainability, governance, culture, leadership, and digital innovation.
- Convert press releases into engaging multimedia press kits (infographics, videos, social-ready content).
Influencer & Media Relations:
- Identify and engage with journalists, digital content creators, and key opinion leaders across industries.
- Build long-term relationships and manage advocacy programs to strengthen client reputation.
- Support influencer campaigns with creative storytelling and strategic positioning.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven track record in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, or Influencer Relations.
- Strong expertise in media relations across digital, print, and broadcast.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
- Strategic thinker with digital acumen, creativity, and problem-solving mindset.
- Experience in researching, writing, and editing publications.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with project management tools and photo/video editing is a plus.
