Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, conducting performance reviews, and implementing engagement initiatives.
- Policy Implementation: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with local laws and company standards.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills and growth.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Oversee payroll processing, manage employee benefits programs, and ensure accurate and timely disbursement of salaries.
- Compliance and Record Keeping: Maintain employee records, ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and handle any HR-related audits or inspections.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems, including setting goals, conducting appraisals, and facilitating career development plans alongwith key leadership in the company.
- HR Strategy & Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with the companys business goals and objectives.
- Remote Team Management: Support and manage HR activities for remote teams across various locations in India.
Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a media or marketing agency.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws in India.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote working environment.
