Marketing & Communications Manager (4-8 yrs)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing & Communications Manager to support the development and execution of Chtrbox & QYOUs global marketing and corporate communications initiatives. This role will play a key part in ensuring a consistent and compelling brand narrative across our offices in the United States, Dubai, and Mumbai.

What Youll Do:

- Support global marketing programs that reinforce the corporate positioning across the US, Dubai, and India.

- Translate strategy into high-quality content, including campaign recaps, case studies, and marketing materials.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, partnerships, and leadership.

- Maintain and update website content including landing pages, blogs, case studies, and announcements.

- Develop and manage a monthly social media content calendar aligned with global marketing priorities.

- Design and produce marketing materials to support campaigns, communications, and sales initiatives.

- Project manage the production of campaign recap videos, sizzle reels, and case study content.

- Assist with email marketing, campaign execution, and CRM workflows.

What Were Looking For:

- 4-6 years of experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing, or content marketing.

- Experience working with international or cross-regional teams, particularly with US or European companies, is preferred.

- Strong understanding of digital media, influencer marketing, and the creator economy.

- Ability to design marketing assets using modern creative tools.

- Strong written English and content creation skills.

- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Comfortable working across time zones; flexibility in working hours may occasionally be required.

Work Environment:

- This role is based in our Mumbai office and is not a remote position.

- The position collaborates closely with teams in North America, Dubai, and India.

- The role supports both QYOU global marketing initiatives and Chtrbox marketing efforts in India.
