Key Responsibilities:
- Drive implementation of preschool partnership strategies across designated locations as per leadership team plans
- Coordinate with preschool stakeholders to ensure successful execution of tie-up initiatives
- Plan and execute partnership events, preschool-based activities, and outreach programs aligned with organizational objectives
- Maintain timely and effective communication with preschool partners and internal teams
- Assist in lead generation through preschool events, tie-ups, and community engagement initiatives
- Actively participate in outreach activities that contribute to enrolment growth
- Identify and establish new preschool partnerships, community spaces, and institutions relevant to outreach goals
- Manage and nurture key accounts to ensure partner satisfaction and long-term collaboration
- Support brand-building initiatives through on-ground marketing, field activations, and event coordination
- Collaborate with admissions, marketing, and cross-functional teams to optimize partnership outcomes
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills with proven experience in partnership development
- Excellent relationship management and client-facing abilities
- Proficiency in handling key accounts and maintaining long-term partnerships
- Experience in institutional marketing, school tie-ups, or B2B business development in the education sector
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events and outreach activities
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead-tracking mechanisms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of field-level marketing, brand activation, and event coordination
