Cholamandalam - Product Manager - LAP

Role : Product Manager.

Location : Chennai.

Responsibilities:

- Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in product management within the NBFC or small finance bank industry.

- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Micro LAP and LAP market, including product features, pricing, and risk management.

- Sales and Business Development: Proven track record in driving sales and building strong relationships with channel partners.

- Market Research: Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data to inform product decisions.

- Policy Formulation: Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures.

- Team Management: Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team.

- Language: Fluency in Hindi is preferred.
