This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of the home loan market, excellent sales skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners. The incumbent will lead a team of Direct Sales Team (DST) members, manage channel partners (DSAs), and ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service to achieve sales targets and build a quality portfolio. Education Qualification/Skill Sets Required: - Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA in Sales & Marketing. - Minimum of 3-8 years of prior experience in Home Loans. - Strong knowledge of the local area (Kanchipuram, Chengalpattu, or Gingee). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong sales and negotiation skills. - Ability to lead and motivate a team. - Customer-centric approach. - Analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and CRM systems. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for home loan products within the branch/area. - Drive sales performance by effectively managing the sales pipeline and conversion rates. - Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying trends and implementing corrective actions as needed. - Forecast sales targets and develop action plans to mitigate potential risks and ensure target achievement. - Build, manage, and foster strong relationships with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) to generate new customer leads. - Recruit, train, and motivate DSAs to maximize their sales performance. - Provide ongoing support and guidance to DSAs to ensure they are equipped to meet their targets. - Monitor and track DSA performance, providing regular feedback and coaching. - Ensure timely payments and resolution of issues related to DSAs. - Manage and lead the Direct Sales Team (DST) at the branch, ensuring they are motivated and performing effectively. - Set clear sales targets and KPIs for DST members, and monitor their performance against these metrics. - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve DST performance. - Provide training and coaching to DST members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge. - Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing. - Manage team schedules, allocate resources effectively, and ensure optimal team productivity. - Interact with customers, providing efficient and personalized service throughout the home loan process. - Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers,1 ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. - Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. - Gather customer feedback and insights to improve products and services. - Work towards building a credit-worthy portfolio at the branch by ensuring thorough credit appraisal and risk assessment. - Ensure compliance with all credit policies and procedures. - Minimize delinquencies and maintain a healthy portfolio quality. - Prepare and submit regular sales reports to senior management. - Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions. - Ensure compliance with all documentation requirements.
