Job Title: Chartered Accountant - Direct Taxation

Location: Andheri (East), Mumbai (Sunil Patodia Tower)

Experience: 1-2 Years (Post-Qualification)

Qualification: CA | Type: Full-Time

Role Summary:

Join our Direct Tax team to manage tax compliance, international taxation (including transfer pricing), client representation, and team leadership.

Preference for candidates experienced in foreign payments, transfer pricing, and training.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare/review ITRs, Tax Audits (Form 3CD), TDS returns

- Advise on tax planning and compliance

- Handle Form 15CA/CB, DTAA, and cross-border tax issues

- Support Transfer Pricing documentation and benchmarking

- Represent clients in assessments and appeals

- Train and supervise junior team members

Candidate Requirements:

- CA with 1-2 years' direct tax experience

- Good understanding of Income Tax, TDS, Transfer Pricing

- Hands-on experience with Form 15CA/CB

- Strong leadership, communication, and drafting skills

- Proficient in MS Excel, Tally, and Income Tax Portal
