Chief Transformation Officer

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Transformation Officer to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across the organization. The incumbent will be responsible for driving strategic business transformation, operational excellence, process standardization, digital transformation, and continuous improvement across all functions.

The role requires an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) sector and a proven track record of leading large-scale organizational transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Transformation:

- Develop and execute the enterprise-wide Transformation Strategy aligned with business objectives.

- Lead large-scale organizational transformation initiatives across all business units.

- Drive Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) to improve operational efficiency and organizational effectiveness.

- Identify opportunities for process simplification, standardization, and automation.

- Establish a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Operational Excellence:

- Build and implement an enterprise Operational Excellence framework.

- Drive Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.

- Improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and project execution performance.

- Reduce operational waste and optimize resource utilization.

- Benchmark organizational processes against global EPC best practices.

Digital Transformation:

- Lead enterprise digital transformation initiatives.

- Drive ERP optimization (SAP preferred).

- Identify automation opportunities using AI, RPA, BPM, Workflow Automation, and Analytics.

- Collaborate with Technology teams to digitize core business processes.

- Develop real-time dashboards and performance reporting using BI tools.

Governance & Process Excellence:

- Establish enterprise-wide governance frameworks for business processes.

- Develop and standardize SOPs, policies, process maps, and operating procedures.

- Define KPIs, SLAs, and performance management frameworks.

- Conduct process maturity assessments and compliance reviews.

- Ensure consistency in execution across projects and business units.

Change Management:

- Lead organizational change management initiatives.

- Develop stakeholder engagement and communication strategies.

- Drive adoption of new processes, systems, and operating models.

- Build organizational capability through training and coaching programs.

Leadership:

- Lead and mentor Process Excellence, Transformation, and Continuous Improvement teams.

- Collaborate closely with Executive Leadership and Business Heads.

- Present transformation roadmaps, progress, and business impact to the Board and senior leadership.

- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
