Drive end-to-end digital product development for current and new offerings that help the company tap into 1Bn+ global users with an asset & opex light model that leverages cutting-edge resources in content creation, delivery, consumption and monetisation.
Responsibilities:
1. The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will lead the end-to-end technology vision, architecture, and execution strategy to power a next-generation digital media ecosystem.
2. This includes OTT platforms, digital publishing, data- driven content distribution, cloud infrastructure, AI/ML integrations, and monetization engines.
3. The CTO will play a central role in transforming into a tech-driven content powerhouse.
4. Define, execute the long-term technology roadmap
5. Oversee end-to-end development of OTT platforms across web, mobile, and CTV with best-in-class user experience.
6. Architect data and AI platforms to enable user behaviour analysis, predictive personalization, and dynamic ad insertion.
7. Cybersecurity, Compliance & Scalable Infrastructure
8. Lead cloud infrastructure strategy, DevOps implementation, and technology risk management.
9. Build and mentor high-performing tech teams; foster agile, product-centric, and innovation-driven culture.
10. Record in scaling high-traffic digital platforms and building data-led consumer products
11. Deep expertise in cloud architecture, video technologies, big data ecosystems, and cybersecurity
12. Prior experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments
13. Minimum of 10 years of experience in Product Strategy, New Product Development, Growth and Monetization of one or more digital consumer offerings (D2C/ B2C) that have attained scale (millions of users) in the Indian/ global digital ecosystem.
