As our CTO / Head of Technology, you'll:.

- Define our tech strategy and architecture.

- Build and scale AI-powered platforms.

- Lead and grow an A+ engineering team.

- Drive product velocity without compromising technical depth.

- Own innovation at the core of everything we build

- This is a high-impact leadership role with the opportunity to shape the technical foundation and culture of HYI.AI from the ground up.

- Experience: 8+ years in engineering with leadership in SaaS/AI.

- Fast-paced, builder's mindset a must.
