Chief Technology Officer - Product & Technology

Job Description:

We are looking for a hands-on Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the development of technology products for a rapidly growing logistics business serving Quick Commerce and last-mile delivery operations.

The company is initially focused on technology-enabled operations for Quick Commerce, with a roadmap to expand into Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), logistics technology, workforce management, inventory, fulfillment and other supply-chain solutions.

- This is not a traditional CTO role - focused only on technology strategy and team management. The ideal candidate will be a technology leader who understands coding, product development and real-world logistics operations and can work closely with business and operations teams to convert operational challenges into scalable technology products.

- You will spearhead the end-to-end lifecycle of our product suite, bridging the gap between high-level business strategy and technical execution. You will lead cross-functional teams of engineers and product managers to build scalable SaaS solutions that optimize logistics workflows. This role involves close collaboration with executive leadership to define the product roadmap while ensuring the technical architecture remains resilient, secure, and capable of supporting rapid growth. You will be instrumental in shaping the user experience and ensuring our technology stack remains at the forefront of industry standards.

- The CTO will play a key role in conceptualizing, designing, developing and scaling applications and digital products that improve fulfillment speed, operational visibility and delivery performance.
