Job Description:
We are looking for a hands-on Chief Technology Officer to lead technology strategy and execution at Micro Green Housing Finance Pvt. Ltd. (MGHF), a fast-growing NBFC-HFC focused on housing finance and mortgage lending. This role owns the full technology stack - from architecture and infrastructure to digital lending platforms - and will play a key part in scaling our digital transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the overall technology roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Build scalable architecture for loan origination, underwriting, and servicing platforms.
- Oversee development of LMS, CRM, mobile apps, and customer portals.
- Drive innovation in digital onboarding, credit scoring, and alternate data usage.
- Implement data-driven systems for credit risk and underwriting.
- Ensure robust cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and compliance.
- Build and lead a high-performance technology team.
