Chief Technology Officer - Logistics/Supply Chain Industry

Reporting to: CEO / Board of Directors

- The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will be responsible for shaping and executing the company's technology vision to drive operational excellence, digital transformation, and scalable growth across the logistics value chain. This role will lead all technology functions including product engineering, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, data strategy, automation, and emerging technologies adoption.

- Define and execute the digital transformation roadmap aligned with business strategy and growth goals.

- Drive innovation in transport management systems (TMS), warehouse automation, fleet optimization, and last-mile delivery technologies.

- Oversee architecture modernization, cloud migration, and real-time tracking capabilities.

- Ensure technology platforms enable superior customer experience, quality, safety, and efficiency.

- Introduce automation (IoT, robotics, AI/ML) to optimize throughput and reduce operating costs.

- Implement data analytics-driven decision-making for route optimization, demand forecasting, and asset utilization.

- IT Governance and Security

Qualifications & Experience:

- 15+ years of technology leadership experience, ideally in logistics, supply chain, mobility, or e-commerce sectors.

- Proven success leading digital transformation, automation, and product innovation at scale.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-country environments, budgets, and complex vendor ecosystems.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
