
Role Overview:
As the Chief Technology Officer, you will serve as the primary architect of our technological vision, steering the company through complex digital transformations to maintain a competitive edge. Your day-to-day involves bridging the gap between high-level business strategy and technical execution, ensuring our product roadmap aligns with market demands. You will collaborate closely with the executive leadership team, external vendors, and cross-functional product squads to foster a culture of innovation. Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with long-term business objectives to ensure scalable growth and technical stability.
- Oversee the end-to-end product management lifecycle, ensuring that technical deliverables meet user needs and contribute to a superior customer experience.
- Lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives by integrating Artificial Intelligence and machine learning models to optimize internal workflows and external service delivery.
- Manage complex vendor relationships and service level agreements to ensure cost-efficiency and high-performance standards across all third-party technical partnerships.
- Direct project management operations by implementing agile methodologies that improve team velocity and ensure the timely deployment of mission-critical software.
- Enhance CRM capabilities by overseeing the implementation of data-driven architectures that provide actionable insights into customer behavior and retention.
- Drive enterprise-wide automation efforts to reduce manual overhead, improve data accuracy, and accelerate the speed-to-market for new features.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into robust technical roadmaps, backed by 10 - 15 years of progressive experience in senior technology leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in managing high-performing, distributed engineering teams with a focus on fostering collaboration and accountability in a remote-first work culture.
- Strong proficiency in architecting modern CRM ecosystems and integrating AI-driven solutions to solve real-world business challenges.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, board members, and investors.
- Advanced capability in vendor management and financial oversight, ensuring that technology investments yield measurable ROI and operational efficiency.
- A strategic mindset regarding IT governance, security, and compliance, ensuring that all digital initiatives adhere to industry best practices and data privacy standards.
- A Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an MBA from a premier institute is highly preferred to support the analytical rigor required for this position.
