Chief Technology Officer - Institutional Equities

Description:

The CTO of Institutional Equities will lead the end-to-end technology strategy, architecture, and delivery for the Institutional Equities business. The role will oversee the development, reliability, and scalability of the Institutional Trading Platform, while driving digital and analytical solutions for Sales, Research, and Client Engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the architecture, performance, and continuous enhancement of the Institutional Equities trading platform.

- Ensure ultra-low latency execution, high availability, and regulatory compliance across trading systems.

- Oversee connectivity with exchanges, OMS/EMS, FIX engines, algo frameworks, DMA solutions, and third-party integrations.

- Drive modernization of trading stack including cloud readiness, containerization, microservices, and real-time monitoring.

- Oversee platforms for research publishing, distribution, compliance, and client personalization.

- Drive modernization of research workflow tools, analyst note creation, automated formatting, and publishing engines.

- Build and lead engineering, product management, and QA teams for Institutional Equities technology.

- Implement best practices in architecture, coding, CI/CD, API-first development, and agile delivery.
