Key Responsibilities:

Technology Strategy & Vision:

- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap aligned with the business and growth goals.

- Drive digital transformation across the organization, including ERP modernization, warehouse digitization, and partner engagement platforms.

- Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies (AI, IoT, RPA, cloud, blockchain) for strategic advantage.

AI/ML & Innovation Leadership:

- Lead the design and deployment of AI/ML use cases:

- Demand forecasting

- Dynamic pricing

- Customer segmentation

- Sales analytics

- Warehouse automation

- AIOps and predictive maintenance

- Foster a data-driven culture by building advanced analytics and AI capabilities in-house or through partnerships.

Enterprise Architecture & Systems:

- Oversee the modernization and integration of all core systems:

- ERP (SAP/Oracle/Microsoft)

- CRM

- WMS (Warehouse Management)

- DMS (Distribution Management Systems)

- Build scalable and secure APIs to connect internal platforms with OEM/vendor portals and third-party tools.

Digital Products & Platforms:

- Architect and oversee custom digital platforms for:

- Channel partners/resellers (B2B commerce portals)

- Inventory and order visibility

- Customer support (chatbots, self-service portals)

- Enable partner self-onboarding and credit management through intelligent automation.

Cybersecurity & Compliance:

- Establish a strong cybersecurity posture using modern frameworks and tools.

- Ensure compliance with ISO, GDPR, Indian data protection laws, and vendor-specific IT standards.

- Lead incident response planning and IT risk governance.

Leadership & Collaboration:

- Lead a cross-functional team of IT, DevOps, data scientists, product managers, and engineers.

- Collaborate closely with COO, CFO, sales heads, and OEM partners on digital priorities.

- Represent technology vision to the Board and investors.
