About the Role:

Taglynk has been exclusively retained to appoint a visionary, business-led Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for a hyper-growth enterprise SaaS organization.

Serving millions of users across multiple global markets, our client is in the process of scaling their product infrastructure and engineering org.

This is a premier executive-level mandate for a seasoned technologist who has successfully navigated the complexities of organizational design, cultural alignment, and architectural scale at an enterprise level.

Core Responsibilities:

- Enterprise Organizational Leadership: Lead, inspire, and structurally optimize a global, distributed technology organization of 500+ professionals (including Engineering, Architecture, DevOps, QA, and Data Science).

- Architectural Strategy & Scale: Drive the long-term architectural vision for a highly resilient, low-latency, multi-tenant cloud platform capable of handling massive enterprise transactional volumes.

- Global Security & Data Sovereignty: Champion a world-class security posture, ensuring absolute compliance with cross-border data residency, localized cloud sovereignty, and global privacy frameworks (GDPR, SOC 2, and regional equivalents).

- Next-Gen Innovation: Steer the strategic integration of GenAI, advanced machine learning, and automation into the core SaaS product to maintain unfair market advantage.

- M&A and Tech Integration: Evaluate external technology stacks and smoothly integrate engineering teams/assets acquired through strategic M&A activities.

- Operational & Capital Efficiency: Manage substantial multi-million-dollar R&D and cloud infrastructure budgets, optimizing for both performance and profitability.

Candidate Profile:

- 15+ Years of Technology Experience: A proven career trajectory with deep roots in software engineering, evolving into progressive executive leadership roles (VP Engineering, SVP, or CTO).

- Large-Scale Org Management: Proven track record of managing a technology workforce of 500+ people.

- Hyper-Scale SaaS Pedigree: Direct experience scaling a B2B or B2C SaaS product through rapid inflection points of user and revenue growth.

- Global Acumen: Exceptional capability in running cross-continental, remote-first teams utilizing modern asynchronous execution frameworks.
