Chief Technology Officer - D2C Industry

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a forward-thinking technology roadmap aligned with the company's business objectives and customer needs.

- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies relevant to the industry.

- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing engineering, product, and IT teams.

- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- Ensure seamless integration between hardware, firmware, and software components.

- Lead data initiatives to collect, secure, and analyze related data for product optimization and consumer insights.

- Ensure all technology systems and processes meet security and compliance standards.

Requirements:

- Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior technology leadership role, ideally in a D2C industry

- Strong technical background in areas such as cloud infrastructure, mobile/web development, IoT, data analytics, and AI/ML

- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
