A new-age Consumer Technology startup venture building an app / web application is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead its end-to-end technology roadmap and execution.

Location : Gurgaon
Experience : 10 - 18 years
CTC : 30-36LPA + ESOPs
Candidate should be willing to be a part of an early-stage startup that is still to raise institutional funding and will be rewarded with a stake in the firm along with a fixed salary.
As CTO, you will:
- Own the end-to-end technology roadmap and execution
- Architect scalable systems and drive product innovation
- Ensure cybersecurity, privacy, and compliance are embedded from day one
The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
- 10-12 years of engineering/product technology experience
- Experience building consumer-facing products
- Strong backend architecture experience
- Strong mobile/web product understanding
