
Key Responsibilities :
- Define and drive the technology vision, AI security roadmap, and product strategy.
- Lead the design and development of AI-powered cybersecurity solutions and intelligent threat detection platforms.
- Build scalable AI/ML architectures for security analytics, anomaly detection, fraud prevention, and cyber defense.
- Drive research and innovation in Generative AI, LLM security, adversarial AI, and AI governance.
- Establish enterprise architecture, security standards, and engineering best practices.
- Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams of AI researchers, data scientists, security engineers, and software architects.
- Collaborate with executive leadership, customers, and stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
- Oversee cloud architecture, platform modernization, DevSecOps, and secure software development practices.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and drive innovation through research, experimentation, and product development.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, privacy, and regulatory standards.
Required Skills :
- 15-24 years of experience in Technology Leadership, AI/ML, or Cybersecurity.
- Strong expertise in :
i. Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
ii. Generative AI & Large Language Models (LLMs)
iii. AI Security & Adversarial AI
iv. Cybersecurity Architecture
v. Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
vi. Enterprise Architecture
vii. Secure Software Development
- Experience designing and deploying enterprise-scale AI platforms and security solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Python and modern AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).
- Experience with data engineering, MLOps, DevSecOps, and cloud-native architectures.
- Proven leadership experience managing large engineering, research, or technology organizations.
- Excellent strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
Preferred Skills :
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Experience in AI governance, Responsible AI, and security compliance frameworks.
- Publications, patents, or contributions in AI or cybersecurity research.
- Experience leading enterprise AI transformation or cybersecurity product organizations.
- Familiarity with Zero Trust Architecture, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and modern security frameworks.
