A one-stop provider of human resources services to various industries and diverse functional roles, offering staffing, payroll processing, recruitment, compliance and training services.   Purpose of the job:  - The CTO/CIO will provide thought leadership to the technology team at our client by architecting, developing and enhancing the technology platform that supports all of at our client's staffing business, and the other Skill Development entity etc. to attain the company's strategic goals established in the company's strategic plan.  - The CTO/CIO will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the company. The CTO/CIO will work with Executive Management to grow the company through the use of technology. Using an active and practical approach, the CTO/CIO will direct all employees in IT departments   Organizational Context:   Our client has existing internally built technology platform for staffing business to manage client and associates. The organization is growing and hence needs to come up with robust and client centric solution in all it's deliverables making it seamless and agile with latest technology platform.  Reporting Relationships:  1. The CTO reports to the CEO.  2. The role holder will drive a team of 50 plus people comprising of Technical Architects, Delivery Managers, Developers, Team Leads and QA.   3. Interface with all the business heads and clients to understand the business drivers and technology enablers.   Key Accountabilities:   1. Establish the company's technical vision and lead all aspects of the company's technology development, the company's strategic direction, development and future growth  2. Work closely with C-level team to understand customer needs and product development priorities, and lead strategic technology and product direction and planning.  3. Ensure that the technology platform incorporates client centric features and functionality which will enable the business.   4. Assure the successful execution of the company's business through development and deployment of a relevant technology platform.   5. Manage all aspects of Product and Technology lifecycle including requirements gathering, functional specification, design, development, testing, maintenance, and budget.  6. Maintain current knowledge of technology landscape and developments.  7. Identify new areas of digital marketing opportunities and create plans to implement them. Track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics.  Skills, Qualifications & Prior Experience -   - A Bachelor's degree or better, preferably in Computer Science/Engineering, from a reputed college/university.   - Post Qualification Experience of 18-25 years.   - Has already been a successful engineering leader in enterprise application development; lead Technology in prior roles.  - Have strong problem solving skills with deep hands-on understanding of the current and future technology landscape.   - Passion for building high-quality software  - Managing large teams to deliver business centric technology solutions  - Self-driven, results-oriented with a missionary zeal to exceed goals  Location:  This position is based in Bengaluru.
