Role Overview:
Reporting to the Managing Director, the CTO will be a key member of the leadership team responsible for building technology as a strategic business capability.
The role will drive enterprise-wide digital transformation across manufacturing, supply chain, commercial operations, data & analytics, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, and AI, while delivering measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end IT function, including ERP, Distributor Management Systems (DMS), enterprise applications, cybersecurity, data governance, analytics, and automation initiatives.
- Drive business transformation through technology, productivity improvement, process re-engineering, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strengthen BI capabilities and establish robust data governance frameworks.
- Build and strengthen an internal techno-functional IT organization.
- Develop cybersecurity policies, governance frameworks, and risk management capabilities.
- Optimize the current Microsoft Dynamics 365 landscape and define the future ERP roadmap, including evaluation of SAP S/4HANA or other suitable platforms.
- Partner with business leaders to improve commercial effectiveness, supply chain efficiency, manufacturing performance, and profitability.
- Lead technology strategy across applications, cloud, analytics, AI, infrastructure, and integrations.
Candidate Profile:
- 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-wide technology and digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong application-centric technology leadership experience.
- Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Consumer Goods, or B2C Manufacturing organizations is strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of Distributor Management Systems (DMS), sales automation, supply chain systems, ERP, analytics, and business applications.
Work setup: 6 days a week
