Chief Technology Officer - Banking

Officer (CTO) to lead its enterprise-wide technology strategy and digital transformation initiatives.

This is a CXO-level leadership role where technology plays a direct role in business growth, scalability, and regulatory compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Own and drive the overall technology strategy aligned with business objectives

- Lead modernization of core lending platforms, digital channels, and enterprise applications

- Ensure compliance with RBI IT & cybersecurity guidelines, audits, DR & BCP frameworks

- Oversee IT governance, risk management, vendor ecosystem, and technology budgets

- Lead infrastructure across cloud / hybrid / on-prem environments

- Champion innovation in data analytics, automation, AI/ML, and customer experience

- Build and mentor a high-performing internal and outsourced technology team

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- 15 - 20 years of technology leadership experience in Banking, NBFC,FinTech, or Financial Services

- Strong exposure to regulated environments, IT governance, regulatory audits, and IT risk management

- Experience with digital lending platforms, enterprise architecture, and cloud ecosystems

- Proven ability to operate at CEO / Board level
