India's AI sector is experiencing a historic boom, and Lions Sales Academy is making a massive move. We are looking for a true technical partner and CTO to take the reins on two massive initiatives:

Our In-House Tech : Architect, build, and launch our proprietary AI SDR Bot from the ground up to disrupt outbound sales.

Our Global Agency : Co-found a brand-new, standalone AI services entity dedicated to building secure, outcome-driven AI solutions for the US enterprise market.

What You Will Do (The Tech Stack) :

Agentic AI & LLMOps : Design, deploy, and monitor multi-agent workflows that run autonomously across sales and operations.

Advanced Data Engineering & RAG : Build robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines and manage vector databases to structure messy enterprise data.

Enterprise Cloud Infrastructure : Build highly scalable architectures using AWS/Azure/GCP and manage containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

Security & Governance : Implement strict "trust frameworks" and US data privacy compliance (like SOC2) from day one.

Legacy Integration : Securely connect cutting-edge AI layers to older "brownfield" tech stacks used by large US enterprises.
