CTO Role Summary: We are seeking a seasoned technology leader to partner closely with executive leadership, engineering, product, and business teams to drive the development and adoption of innovative, privacy-compliant AdTech solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in real-time bidding (RTB), DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, and identity solutions, with a focus on building scalable, AI/ML-driven platforms that optimize programmatic advertising outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Technology Leadership & Strategy: - Define and lead the execution of a secure, scalable technology strategy aligned with business goals. - Champion innovation in AdTech/MarTech, driving adoption of advanced tools and platforms to improve performance and efficiency. - Architect AI/ML-powered RTB and targeting algorithms to maximize campaign ROI. - Ensure all technology solutions comply with global privacy and data regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). Engineering & Product Development: - Lead and mentor high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. - Guide architecture and development of a robust, data-driven programmatic advertising platform. - Partner with product managers and data scientists to continuously refine ad-serving logic, targeting capabilities, and campaign analytics. - Drive the adoption of modern engineering practices and tools to ensure platform scalability, reliability, and speed. AdTech & MarTech Expertise: - Provide thought leadership across the AdTech ecosystem, including DSP, SSP, RTB, DMP, CDP, and Ad Exchanges. - Lead development of features such as automated bidding, dynamic creatives, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization tools. - Optimize ad inventory management and real-time programmatic buying strategies for superior performance and yield.
