Chief Technology Officer

Role Overview :

The CTO will be responsible for defining and executing technology vision across Emergency Response Systems, Ambulance Dispatch Platforms, Mobile Applications, Data Platforms, AI-driven Healthcare Solutions, and Enterprise Systems.

The ideal candidate combines deep engineering expertise with business acumen and has experience building large-scale, mission-critical technology platforms operating in real-time environments.

Key Responsibilities :

Technology Strategy & Leadership :

- Define and execute the company's long-term technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.

- Drive digital transformation across emergency response, healthcare operations, and patient experience.

- Build a scalable technology organization capable of supporting rapid business growth.

- Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and leadership team on technology investments and innovation.

Product & Platform Development :

- Lead the development of :

1. Ambulance Dispatch & Fleet Management Platforms

2. Emergency Response Systems

3. Mobile Applications

4. Corporate Health Platforms

5. Patient Engagement Systems

6. CRM & Operations Platforms

- Ensure product scalability, performance, reliability, and security.

Engineering Leadership :

- Build and lead high-performing Engineering, Product, Data, QA, and Infrastructure teams.

- Establish best practices in software architecture, development, DevOps, and quality assurance.

- Drive agile product development methodologies and engineering excellence.

- Mentor senior engineering leaders and create succession plans.

Data, AI & Analytics :

- Develop enterprise-wide data strategy and governance framework.

- Implement advanced analytics for operational efficiency and patient outcomes.

- Explore AI/ML applications in:

2. Demand forecasting

3. Route optimization

4. Predictive maintenance

5. Clinical decision support

6. Patient engagement

Infrastructure & Security :

- Define cloud and infrastructure strategy.

- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery for mission-critical platforms.

- Establish cybersecurity, privacy, and compliance frameworks.

- Drive adoption of scalable cloud-native architectures.

Operational Excellence :

- Improve ambulance utilization and response times through technology.

- Implement real-time monitoring and command center capabilities.

- Enhance automation across business and operational workflows.

- Support government and enterprise clients with technology-enabled solutions.
