Role Overview :

The Chief Technology Officer will serve as the primary architect of our technological vision, steering the companys IT strategy and infrastructure to support aggressive growth targets. You will work closely with the leadership team and key stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. This role is pivotal in driving innovation, ensuring the integrity of our information security frameworks, and embedding artificial intelligence into our operational workflows to maintain a competitive edge in the advisory space.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead technology, AI, APIs, platform architecture, and engineering for a high-growth startup working with leading global technology partners Meta, Google & SAP.

- Formulate and execute a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with the firms long-term business goals to ensure sustainable growth.

- Oversee the design and maintenance of scalable IT infrastructure to support high-performance computing and data-driven decision-making.

- Streamline IT operations by implementing best-in-class processes that enhance productivity and reduce technical debt across the organization.

- Establish rigorous information security protocols and governance frameworks to protect sensitive client data and ensure regulatory compliance.

- Integrate artificial intelligence and machine learning initiatives into existing platforms to automate routine tasks and provide deeper analytical insights for our clients.

- Lead and mentor cross-functional technical teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale digital transformations with 12 to 20 years of progressive experience in technology management.

- Exceptional strategic thinking capabilities, with a proven track record of aligning complex IT roadmaps with overarching corporate objectives.

- Deep expertise in managing enterprise-grade IT infrastructure and cloud-based operations in a high-growth environment.

- Strong proficiency in information security management, including risk assessment, threat mitigation, and data privacy standards.

- Practical experience in deploying AI-driven solutions to solve real-world business challenges and improve operational efficiency.

- Superior communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of translating technical complexities into actionable business insights for non-technical leadership.

- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a premier institute is highly preferred.

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, hybrid work environment based in Bangalore, balancing hands-on technical guidance with high-level executive decision-making.
