Chief Technology Officer

Description:

- Seeking a seasoned Chief Technology Officer to lead product technology, engineering, architecture, platform scale, AI adoption, and broader technology oversight for an enterprise SaaS / reporting technology business. The role will oversee multiple product stacks, drive engineering quality and delivery discipline, strengthen security and compliance, and lead practical adoption of AI across products and software development workflows. The ideal candidate is a mature, hands-on leader who can manage strong technical teams with the right balance of assertiveness, autonomy, and collaboration, and who is comfortable working across Java, .NET Core, and modern web technology environments. This is an on-site leadership role.

Qualifications:

- B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics or related field from a reputed institute

- 18+ years in technology, with strong experience in CTO / Head of Engineering / senior technology leadership roles

- Experience in B2B SaaS / enterprise software / platform businesses

- Strong grounding in software architecture, scalability, engineering leadership, security, and compliance

- Familiarity with Java, .NET Core, React / Angular environments

- Exposure to AI-enabled development, testing automation, and engineering productivity tools

- Experience with security practices such as VAPT, zero trust, code scanning, and data leakage prevention

- Mature people leader who can balance firmness, flexibility, and team autonomy
