What You'll Do:

- Own and execute tech strategy aligned to business goals

- Architect cloud-native platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), robust APIs & integrations

- Ensure security and compliance (RBI, KYC/AML, data privacy)

- Lead AI/ML and automation for data-driven growth

- Scale and mentor high-performing engineering teams

You Bring:

- 10-20 years' experience in fintech, banking tech, or digital lending

- Deep knowledge of cloud, microservices, APIs & regulatory compliance

- Technical leadership within startups or high-growth settings

- Hands-on approach, innovation mindset, and a drive for execution
