Chief Technology Officer

Key Responsibilities:

- Technology Vision and Strategy: Develop and communicate an overarching technology strategy to support the company's business goals.

- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead high-performing technology and development teams, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

- Innovation: Identify emerging technologies and trends, assessing their potential impact on the

business and leading initiatives to capitalize on opportunities for growth.

- Product Development: Oversee the lifecycle of product development from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with market needs and user experience.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with other executives and departments to ensure technology initiatives are well aligned with business objectives, providing insights on potential impacts and solutions.

- Budget Management: Manage the technology budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve strategic priorities.

- Risk Management: Establish and monitor policies for technology risk management, ensuring the security of the organization's information systems.

- Masters or Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience with agile methodologies and project management frameworks.

Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in a technology leadership role, with a focus on aligning technology initiatives with business goals
