- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Masters or Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in a technology leadership role, with a focus on aligning technology initiatives with business goals
