Chief Technology Officer

Role Overview

We are seeking a high-impact Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead technology strategy while remaining hands-on in coding and product delivery. You will own architecture, scalability, and innovation for our core platforms and work closely with the founders to deliver world-class consumer experiences.

- Architect, code, and ship production-grade systems using Java + Spring Boot

- Lead technology roadmap while staying actively involved in hands-on development

- Design and optimize high-scale, low-latency backend systems for millions of users

- Mentor and grow engineering talent, promoting high coding standards and best practices

- Drive product innovation across social, entertainment, and gaming domains

- Collaborate with product and business teams to align technology with aggressive growth goals.

Requirements:

Experience:

- 10-13 years in backend engineering, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles

- Strong expertise in Java Spring Boot and microservices architecture

- Proven success in architecting and scaling systems for large-scale consumer applications

- In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines

- Solid grasp of system design, distributed systems, and high-availability architectures

- Currently hands-on in coding and technical problem-solving

- Track record of working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
