Chief Technology Officer

As we prepare for our next phase of scale, were looking for a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) someone whos not just great at tech, but passionate about shaping products, teams, and futures.

Location: Bangalore, India (Remote / Hybrid)

Compensation: Competitive salary + meaningful equity

What Youll Do:

- Own the technology strategy and roadmap, aligned closely with the companys product vision and business goals.

- Lead and grow the engineering team, fostering a strong culture of performance, learning, and ownership.

- Architect and scale a high-performance, secure, and resilient platform, with best practices in system design, DevOps, and data.

- Collaborate closely with product, design, and business teams to build innovative solutions that delight users.

- Define engineering OKRs, ensure delivery excellence, and continuously drive technical and process improvements.

- Stay ahead of technology trends and bring the right tools, frameworks, and innovations to the table.

What Were Looking For:

- 8-15 years of hands-on technology experience, with at least 3+ years in a tech leadership role (preferably at a high-growth startup or scale-up).

- Deep experience in architecting complex systems and managing large-scale applications.

- Strong knowledge of modern tech stacks (e.g., cloud-native architecture, microservices, containerization, data engineering).

- Proven ability to hire, mentor, and retain top-tier engineering talent.

- A pragmatic, product-first mindset someone who can balance speed and quality, innovation and execution.

Bonus: Prior entrepreneurial experience or strong exposure to fast-scaling startup environments.
