The position is responsible for end-to-end technology, ATM environment at the organisation - Ideal candidate should have ATM/Credit Card Transaction Processing industry experience of minimum12-18 years. Should come with the experience and expertise to prepare and manage end to end technology Roadmap. - Candidate should have in-depth experience of successful performance in project management with expertise in transaction switching applications. - This role would be responsible for successfully driving four critical aspects; - Infrastructure Management - Cloud, Server etc. Tools - required for automations including both internal as well as external tools provided by external vendors like EY etc. Switching Application - Manage client for their entire switching and card management requirement along with similar new clients that would be onboarded by the team. Security - IT as well Cyber security - Build innovative and cost-effective solutions to help reduce organization overheads. Focus on other technology requirements to build a state-of -the-art Payments ecosystem by developing the best practices, policies, procedures, checkpoints and controls. - As a hands-on technical leader, partner with business and directing multi-disciplinary development teams through the engineering practices and to implement significant improvements to help fulfill technology strategy of the organization. Lead and manage team for successful execution of various projects / requirements - Provide mentoring and support to other project managers in dealing with project management issues for assigned projects. - Should have track record of working in a changing environment with the experience of learning documenting and implementing new processes efficiently along with the ability of multi-tasking and effective time management in a fast-paced environment. - Experience of communicating both oral and written to management, clients and colleagues. Educational Qualifications: B.Tech (CS/IT) or MCA. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE - ATM/Credit Card Transaction Processing industry experience of 12-18 years is a must. - Implementation experience of payment product of NPCI like UPI, AEPS etc. is an added advantage - Familiarity with Mobile based payments - Successful performance in project management with expertise in transaction switching applications. - Results based experience demonstrating strategic and analytical thinking. - Track record of working in a changing environment with the experience of learning, documenting and implementing new processes efficiently. - Demonstrated experience of multi-tasking and effective time management with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. - Experience of communicating both oral and written to management, clients and colleagues - Previous experience of team development and management
