- We are an upcoming Wealth Management organization and looking to hire a "Chief Talent and Capability Officer" Key Responsibilitiesto be part of the very senior leadership team. - Looking for someone with an MBA degree and at least 17 years of experience in a growth environment. - It is essential that the person has a flair for "thinking outside the box" and has experience in building teams in a "start-up" way. This person will have to be a sounding board for the founders and the board. Other responsibilities as below: - Designing, executing, and scaling the Talent Academy - sourcing from adjacent industries, fast tracking certification & client readiness, embedding AI-enabled training, and ensuring a - sustainable retention pipeline. This role is directly linked to AUM growth, client acquisition, and continuity. - Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Build quarterly intake pipelines, forecast workforce needs, and manage attrition/replenishment. - Training, Certification & Capability Development: Create the Talent Academy with AMFI/IRDA certification, AI-assisted modules, CRM training, and on-the-job coaching. - Performance Management & Retention: Implement 30-60-90-180 day evaluations, variable payout structures, and maintain ~65% retention. - Leadership & Strategic Impact: Partner with CEO/Board, establish dashboards, mentor HR teams, and integrate AI into HR practices. - Talent Academy establishment with AI-enabled learning & CRM training.
