Head/Chief Supply Chain Officer

Role Overview:

The Chief Supply Chain Officer will spearhead the development and execution of our end-to-end supply chain strategy, ensuring seamless operations from sourcing raw materials to delivering finished goods to our customers. This pivotal role involves collaborating closely with contract manufacturers, logistics providers, and internal teams to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain the highest standards of product quality. The CSCO will directly impact our ability to meet customer demand, enhance brand reputation, and drive profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives, ensuring scalability and resilience.

- Manage and optimize relationships with contract manufacturers, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring adherence to quality standards.

- Oversee inventory management, demand planning, and forecasting to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.

- Lead the selection and management of logistics providers, optimizing transportation routes and costs.

- Implement and maintain robust quality control processes throughout the supply chain, ensuring product integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce lead times, and lower overall costs.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management on supply chain performance.

- Build and lead a high-performing supply chain team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in supply chain management within the D2C and skincare industries.

- Proven ability to manage and optimize relationships with contract manufacturers.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
