Chief Supply Chain Officer

The Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO) will be a core member of the leadership team, responsible for designing and executing end-to-end supply chain strategy aligned with business growth, profitability, and customer service objectives. The role will oversee procurement, planning, manufacturing interface, warehousing, logistics, distribution, and digital transformation while building resilient, scalable, and cost-efficient supply chain networks. The CSCO will drive operational excellence, risk mitigation, sustainability, and continuous improvement across domestic and global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute long-term supply chain strategy aligned with corporate goals

- Lead end-to-end supply chain including sourcing, demand planning, S&OP, inventory, warehousing, transportation, and distribution

- Drive cost optimization, working capital improvement, and service-level enhancement

- Build robust supplier ecosystem and lead strategic sourcing and vendor partnerships

- Oversee logistics, network design, capacity planning, and footprint optimization

- Lead digital transformation initiatives including ERP, WMS, TMS, advanced planning tools, automation, and analytics

- Establish governance, KPIs, and performance dashboards for supply chain excellence

- Manage supply chain risks, business continuity planning, and compliance

- Partner with Sales, Manufacturing, Finance, and CXO leadership for integrated decision-making

- Build and mentor high-performing supply chain leadership teams
