Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-oriented leader to drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives for a rapidly evolving industrial and EV-focused manufacturing business. This role will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to shape long-term strategic priorities, drive operational excellence, and lead high-impact cross-functional programs across the organization. The role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, analytical rigor, stakeholder management, and large-scale program execution capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Transformation:

- Partner with the CEO and leadership team to define and execute the companys strategic roadmap across business functions.

- Lead enterprise-level strategic initiatives focused on operational transformation, growth acceleration, productivity enhancement, and organizational efficiency.

- Drive business planning, strategic reviews, and transformation programs aligned with long-term business objectives.

Program Management & Execution:

- Lead and monitor large-scale strategic programs and transformation initiatives with high business impact (100 Cr+ scale preferred).

- Drive cross-functional collaboration across operations, manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, finance, and commercial teams to ensure timely execution of strategic priorities.

- Establish governance mechanisms, review frameworks, and execution dashboards to track project progress and business outcomes.

CEOs Office & Leadership Collaboration:

- Work closely with the CEOs Office on strategic decision-making, business reviews, and organization-wide initiatives.

- Support leadership in evaluating new business opportunities, operational expansion plans, and strategic investments.

- Prepare executive-level presentations, strategic recommendations, and actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

Business Analytics & Operational Excellence:

- Analyse operational and business performance data to identify improvement opportunities and recommend actionable solutions.

- Develop KPI frameworks and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategic initiatives.

- Benchmark industry best practices, market trends, and emerging technologies to support continuous improvement and innovation.

Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment, execution discipline, and change management across the organization.

- Influence senior leadership teams and business heads to ensure adoption and successful implementation of strategic initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

Educational Background:

- MBA from a reputed institution preferred.

- Engineering background preferred (Mechanical / Industrial / Manufacturing / Automotive).

Preferred Experience:

- 12- 18 years of experience in:

- Corporate Strategy

- CEOs Office / Chairmans Office

- Business Transformation

- Strategic PMO

- Consulting-led transformation initiatives

Prior experience in:

- Automotive

- EV ecosystem

- Auto Components

- Industrial Manufacturing

- Engineering-led organizations

Strong preference for candidates who have:

- Worked closely with CXOs / promoters / CEOs Office

- Led enterprise-wide transformation or strategic initiatives

- Managed large-scale programs with significant business impact (100 Cr+ initiatives)

- Experience in strategy consulting firms or transformation consulting environments
