
Description:
Strategy, Planning & Business Growth:
- Partner with the CMD to shape long-term strategy, annual plans, and growth initiatives.
- Lead market research, competitive analysis, and opportunity evaluation.
- Drive new ventures, M&A, JVs, and international expansion.
- Support capital allocation through data-driven analysis and financial modelling.
Enterprise Program Management (PMO):
- Lead CMD-sponsored strategic projects with defined milestones and KPIs.
- Develop and manage a central PMO dashboard to track progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment and resolve execution bottlenecks.
- Review performance metrics and recommend corrective actions.
Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Leadership:
- Represent the CMD in leadership forums and strategic reviews.
- Coordinate with key functions including HR, Finance, Operations, Legal, BD, and Manufacturing.
- Enable effective decision-making through structured briefs and clear communication.
- Manage senior internal and external stakeholders, partners, consultants, and government bodies.
Operational Excellence & Transformation:
- Identify inefficiencies and drive productivity improvements across plants, HO, and new units.
- Redesign SOPs, governance models, and workflows to improve standardization.
- Lead transformation initiatives including automation, digitization, and cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance readiness across legal, regulatory, safety, HR, and operations.
Business Performance & Governance:
- Track KPIs across business units and flag deviations with action plans.
- Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with the CMD.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and strategic resource planning
