
Role Purpose:
The Chief Strategy & Impact Officer (CSIO) is responsible for driving the strategic direction, programme excellence, impact measurement, knowledge management, and thought leadership of the Foundation. The role provides strategic oversight to all CSR thematic portfolios, Branding & Communications, and MIS & Impact functions, ensuring that the Foundation's interventions are innovative, scalable, measurable, and aligned with the vision of the Company and national development priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and periodically review the Foundation's long-term strategy and growth roadmap.
- Provide strategic guidance to thematic programme heads across Education, Health, Sustainable Livelihoods, Climate Action, Women Empowerment, and other focus areas.
- Lead programme conceptualization and design at the Head Office.
- Establish and oversee the Foundation's Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning, and Impact (MELI) framework.
- Lead development of integrated MIS systems for programme management and reporting.
- Build strategic partnerships with government agencies, academic institutions, development organizations, and sector experts.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, learning, and impact.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Social Development, Public Policy, Development Studies, Rural Management, Management, Economics, Social Work, or related discipline.
- 18-25 years of professional experience, with at least 10 years in leadership roles within CSR, social development, foundations, NGOs, consulting, or public policy organizations.
