Role Overview

- We are seeking a Chief Story Teller to craft and lead the brands narrative across digital, visual, and on-ground platforms.

- The role blends creativity, strategy, and empathy ideal for someone who believes storytelling can shape perception, build community, and create lasting brand love.

- You will define the voice, tone, and creative direction for all brand communication, ensuring every touchpoint from social media to packaging tells a cohesive, inspiring story.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the brand storytelling strategy and define how the brand expresses its purpose and personality.

- Craft narratives that connect people emotionally with the brand across content, campaigns, and community initiatives.

- Build and manage a small creative team or collaborate with agencies, creators, and photographers.

- Conceptualize and execute digital content, video stories, and campaigns around seasons, festivals, and product journeys.

- Ensure consistency in tone, language, and aesthetics across platforms website, social media, PR, and events.

- Translate cultural and social insights into storytelling opportunities.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 8-15 years of experience in brand storytelling, content strategy, creative leadership, or marketing communications.

- Proven experience in D2C, FMCG, AgriTech, lifestyle, or sustainability-oriented brands.

- Strong creative portfolio writing, video content, campaigns, or brand narratives.

- Excellent command of English; bilingual or regional language fluency is an advantage.

- Deep appreciation for Indian culture, food, and local-origin stories.

- Ability to balance creativity with strategy turning purpose into powerful brand expression.

Education

- Graduate or Postgraduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Design, or related field.

- Creative or liberal arts background preferred.

Compensation

- Open / Based on experience and creative depth.

- The right candidate will define not only the brands story but also its emotional identity.
