Job Title: Chief Storyteller / Head - Brand & Creative Strategy
About the Role:
Were looking for a passionate Chief Storyteller - someone who can craft and communicate powerful stories that bring our brand, purpose, and people to life.
This role is at the intersection of brand strategy, creative direction, and content leadership ideal for someone who believes that storytelling can build emotion, connection, and lasting brand love.
You will lead how the brand speaks through words, visuals, campaigns, and experiences across every consumer touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and own the brands storytelling strategy - shaping its voice, tone, and creative direction.
- Conceptualize and execute integrated brand campaigns around seasons, festivals, farmers, and products.
- Translate business and cultural insights into powerful creative narratives across digital, video, social, and offline mediums.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure consistency in storytelling across all platforms.
- Lead brand films, social content, influencer storytelling, and consumer engagement ideas.
- Build a content calendar and oversee brand communication from launch stories to customer experiences.
- Partner with creative agencies, content creators, and media teams to deliver inspiring campaigns.
- Champion the brands mission and ensure every story reinforces authenticity, community, and emotion.
Ideal Profile:
- 8-15 years of experience in brand communication, creative strategy, or content marketing.
- Proven track record of building or shaping consumer brands with strong emotional storytelling.
- Experience in D2C, FMCG, food, lifestyle, or purpose-led brands preferred.
- Strong conceptual and creative thinking skills with the ability to turn insights into impactful stories.
- Hands-on experience managing agencies, creative partners, and content teams.
- Excellent written, visual, and presentation skills.
- Deep cultural awareness and passion for authentic Indian narratives - food, people, places, and traditions.
Preferred Backgrounds:
- Brand or Creative Leaders from D2C or FMCG brands (e.g., Paper Boat, Epigamia, The Whole Truth, Country Delight, Fabindia, etc.)
- Creative / Strategy Directors from top agencies (Ogilvy, Schbang, The Glitch, BBH, etc.)
- Founders or leads from storytelling-driven brands or media collectives.
